The tour is not available on Mondays, when the Pitti Palace is closed.

This tour involves visiting a garden on the side of a hill and featuring only gravel paths. We therefore recommend wearing comfortable shoes and adequate protection from the sun during hot periods of the year.

The Gardens are not accessible on a wheel chair.

Yet, the true gem lies outside, at the back of the palace: the Boboli Gardens.
The most famous of all Italian gardens, it boasts a stunning collection of citrus trees, a wide variety of roses, artificial grottoes, splendid fountains, and countless statues. It never ceases to amaze with its diverse plant life and breathtaking views of the city and the enchanting countryside surrounding Florence.
